RICOTTA RAVIOLI CASE PACK - 4/2#
Our goal with our first ravioli was to make a simple, delicious, multi-purpose ravioli. We have succeeded! Small size ravioli with parmigiano and ricotta filling. Wonderful with tomato sauce, fresh vegetables, herbs, brown butter and more.
MUSHROOM RAVIOLI CASE PACK - 4/2#
Boston Pasta Company's mushroom ravioli are a small rectangular shape with a creamy fresh mushroom filling. The unique shape is reminiscent of an agnolotti and has a beautiful artisanal feel. Great center of the plate item or an accompaniment.
BUCATINI CASE PACK - 4/2#
Boston Pasta Company is very excited to produce this brilliant bucatini pasta. This is the famous cousin of spaghetti with a hole through the center. Our specially-made version is a smaller diameter than usual. Beautiful for plating, lighter - almost airy when you eat it. Please, make the Bucatini all'Amatriciana!
CRESTE DE GALLO CASE PACK - 4/2#
“Rooster’s Crest,” also Called Grui. We chose this pasta to produce for it multi-purpose appeal. The tender feel and texture has a home in a high-end setting served with a braise or sugò and this pasta will be very happy in a traditional macaroni and cheese.
CAMPANELLE CASE PACK - 4/2#
Campanelle is a frilled edge small cone that resembles a flower and translates to “Little Flower.”
Typically served with meat or cheese based sauces. This lovely and delicate pasta cooks very quickly.
RADIATORI CASE PACK - 4/2#
Radiatori shaped pasta - also called Marziani. This is a more modern pasta shape that is fabled to be created between World Wars I & II but may have actually been created in the 1960s. This pasta shows off how much better a fresh extruded pasta is compared to dried.
Fast cooking, great texture, very versatile.
SPAGHETTINI CASE PACK - 5/2#
We are in love with this pasta - this spaghettini has the fast cooking time of an thinner angel hair but a superior texture.
Wonderful with seafood - clams, crab, lobster, but still great with butter or red sauces.
PENNE RIGATE CASE PACK - 4/2#
Possibly one of the most well known shapes of pasta in modern times, originally from the Liguria Region.
Standard sized, ridged pasta named after “quills or feathers.” Outstanding texture, somewhat more tender than dried pasta.
A surprisingly unique old favorite.
